🛒 How do I place an order?

All orders must be placed through our website. Wholesale clients must first apply for a wholesale account. Once approved, you'll be able to log in, view pricing, and submit your order.


📦 How does delivery work?

We offer local delivery within 100 miles for a flat fee of $250. For out-of-state orders or large freight shipments, see our Shipping & Delivery Policy for full details.


🚛 Do you ship to other states or countries?

Yes! We serve California, Texas, Arizona, and the Bahamas. Freight or port delivery options are available based on your location. Contact us to confirm specifics.


📍 Can I pick up my order at the nursery?

Yes. Pickup is by appointment only. Once your order is ready, we will reach out to coordinate a time. Please bring a suitable vehicle and allow time for loading.


💳 When is payment due?

All orders must be paid in full before pickup or delivery is scheduled. Payment options will be provided at checkout after we confirm your order.


🌱 Can I pre-order trees or reserve inventory?

Not at this time. We will update our inventory weekly and announce availability to approved wholesale clients. Products not currently available will be marked as "Sold Out."


🔐 I applied for wholesale but can't log in.

Wholesale applications are reviewed manually. Once approved, you'll receive a confirmation email with login instructions. If you're still having trouble, contact us.
